Far Reunion Tour Hits S.F. in February

Once upon a time in the '90s, a band called Far emerged from Sacramento and delivered crunchy, hard rock music paired with silky, melodic vocals. It was like the first time you tried peanut butter with ychocolate. It put out some of the most amazing and underrated albums of their era in Tin Cans with Strings to You and Water & Solutions. And, like every good '90s music act, Far broke up and fell into relative obscurity to begin the new millennium. Alas, the band has reunited (like every good '90s music act), and plays Slim's on Feb. 22. Tickets are available now.
