The Lowbrow Art Sale: Brian M. Viveros, Alex Pardee & Mari Inukai

"Evillast" by Brian M. Viveros

EvilLast_viveros.jpgBrian has just recently released a new print on his online shop. This piece is based on one of his more popular paintings, "EvilLast." The print is 18" x 24" and is signed and numbered in an edition of 69. With each purchase of a print, you also get a 3.5" x 4" die-cut sticker of the image and a postcard. Get It Here.

"Cult Series" by Alex Pardee

cultseries_pardee.jpgAlex Pardee's series of Cult icons for the Crazy 4 Cult 2 show are now available as limited edition prints. There are six different prints, each one 8″x 10″ signed and numbered in an edition of 50. You can pick up each print for $40, or grab the whole set for $200 over at Gallery 1988 LA. I think he picked some really great characters for this series, Baseball Furie #1, Edward Scissorhands, Slot, Johnny Eck (Freaks, 1932), Cop #4 and my personal favorite, Ash. Get It Here.

"Torotoromarillaz" by Mari Inukai

MariInukai_Totoromarillaz_1.jpgGallery Nucleus has released a few new prints, one of which is by Mari Inukai. She always delivers some amazing art to look at. Colorful and full of amazing textures. The thing I love most about her work is that she does beautiful figurative paintings, and the more stylized ones with her own characters like the one shown here. This print is an 8 color print on watercolor paper. Signed and numbered in an edition of 50. Get It Here.

"Pilot 2" by Kent Williams

pilot2_kentwilliams.jpgAlong with the new print by Mari, Gallery Nucleus also released a new open edition print by Kent Williams. This print is on double weight exhibition grade paper and is signed by the artist. Kent has an amazing, dynamic style. Very similar to Mari's in the fact that each one of their paintings is loaded with amazing color and texture. You might recognize this figure from the "Pilot" print of Kent's that I featured a bit back. Get It Here.

"H.P. LoveCraft" by Gary Pullin

lovecraft_garypullin.jpgArt director for the insanely cool horror mag Rue-Morgue, Gary has some new prints available over at the Rue-Morgue Shop. They feature a whole mess of iconic figures: Flyboy, Frankenstein, Metaluna, Edgar Allen Poe and my favorite H.P. Lovecraft (shown). There are also a couple of larger limited edition prints, "Hilarious House of Frankenstein" and "The Funk of Forty Thousand Years". Each limited to 100. Get It Here.
