Spend NYE with Patton Oswalt

You know that Patton Oswalt is one of our best current stand-up comics, right? If not, your only exposure to the man might just be limited to Pixar's Ratatouille or a few episodes of King of Queens. If you haven't been privy to his live act yet, you're missing out on jokes about how Republicans love Cirque Du Soleil, or how shopping at Costco inspires one to never have children. Oswalt is currently in the middle of a week-long residency at Cobb's Comedy Club that ends on Dec. 31. Either go see him before NYE or start off 2009 with a ton of drunken laughter.
