As 2008 has heads toward its big finale, those Atlanta punks the Black Lips have the perfect soundtrack for trading last year's sins for a whole new batch of vices. "Starting Over" is the first song the group's released from its upcoming record, 200 Million Thousand (out Feb. 24), and it's one of them sweet Lips tracks that hides all their wild insanity inside promises of innocence (but sung with such slurred intensity you know they're gonna have to start over more than just once).
