The Lowbrow Art Sale: Craola, Jonathan Viner & Yuta Onoda
Greg Craola Simkins "It Wanders"

It's time for another amazing show featuring the work of the artist known as "Craola." This time, said exhibit (which features some amazing pieces) is at the fairly new Joshua Liner Gallery. Those who want to take home a piece of Craola can pick up this new print, a 25" x 25" hand-signed giclee on canvas. That's a great size for a print from this artist, and I don't think it will last long. Head on over and pick one up. Get It Here.
Jonathan Viner "Anchor Point"

The Viner Store has recently been updated with some sketches and two new prints for us to ogle. I showed this one as it kind of fits that feeling of Autumn that seems to be creeping up on us, or at least where I live. The print is 16.5" x 24" on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper, signed and numbered in an edition of 50. Each print is also covered with three coats of varnish, to ensure durability. Get It Here.
Yuta Onoda "Wish Upon a Star"

The latest print from the 2008 "I Am 8 Bit Show" is from Yuta Onoda, a student from Sheridan College. He is also currently in a group show at the Project Gallery in LA. Onoda's style is killer, and I think that even if you aren't the biggest video game fan, this print inspired by Mario Bros. would look good on your wall. It's 12" x 16", signed and numbered in an edition of 30. Get It Here
Casey Weldon "Leave Behind"

It's been quite a while since I have shown a print from Weldon, seems like he is a recurring artist on these articles. Could be because he has such an extensive print store? He recently had a show, and now has prints of some of the works that were available. I loved this one the most, it's an amazing and surreal looking piece. The prints are all open edition, 11" x 14" and signed by the artist. And they are only $20. Can't beat that. Get It Here.
Zoso "The Warriors of Shake-Town Shanty"

It was in one of my first few articles that I was able to feature a print from this LA-based artist. Well, he has a show with Munky King, and a new print to boot. The last one was a serigraph, this time it's a full color giclee on paper prints. The print measures 13" x 19" and is limited to only 20. The rickety shanty town in this print is amazing. I'm waiting for Burgess Meredith to come out one of those doors. This town looks far better then the one he graced on "Grumpy Old Men." Do check the show (and the print) out. Get It Here.
