Talib Kweli Rocks the Mic in the Mission on Thursday

It's kinda late notice, but hip-hop MC & former Black Star member Talib Kweli will make a guest appearance at "Colors" — DJ Sake One's latest weekly event at the Levende Lounge — this Thursday night. Ubiquitous promoter Fran Boogie will also be on hand; doors open at 10 p.m. and admission is $5-$10. As for Sake One's previous Thursday weekly at the Levende, "Pacific Standard Time," that's now happening every Tuesday at 330 Ritch. — J. Graham
