Crafts! Bands! Mission Block Party Next Month

You can't throw a knitting needle at the calendar these days without hitting some kind of DIY craft fair. And well, now you can mark another one into the datebook. The Bay Bridged is hosting the Rock Make Music and Crafts Street Festival on Sunday, August 24 on Treat Street between 17th and 18th. The block party promises 50 local arts and crafts vendors and two stages of entertainment, including performances by two of our California favorites, Rademacher and Emily Jane White, along with Tartufi, Silian Rail, Low Red Land, French Miami, and Settler. -- Jennifer Maerz
