Joy Division was a popular subject for movies in 2007. Director Anton Corbijn released the beautiful black and white biopic Control, and then with Joy Division, Grant Gee gave fans the straight story in a documentary on the band. A little bit of trivia here: both film directors have also worked on a number of music videos.
