I don't know if you can remember that far, but long ago -- way before affluent goofy kids in Orange County came and ruined everything -- ska bands were actually pretty good. The English Beat is a perfect case in point. Skank to the Beat at the Fillmore Aug. 1. Tickets go on sale Sunday, June 15, at 10 a.m. --Oscar Pascual
