It may not seem like big news to anyone who's still using Internet Explorer to access their dialup Hotmail account (hi, Grandma!), but the developers at Mozilla have finally announced the release date of their long-hyped new browser, Firefox 3. As with All Things Tech, they promise the new application will completely alter the way you use your computer. In fact, they're so stoked on F3 that they think they can set a Guinness World Record this Tuesday, June 17, when the open-source program is released to the world — and by "world" they mean such global wifi hotspots as Mongolia, Bhutan, and the trendy tourist destination of Norway's Arctic "dependencies," Svalbard & Jan Mayen. You can join the 1.25 million geeks (OK, fine: "dedicated users") who've already promised to download the free browser on Tuesday by clicking here. — J. Graham
