Good morning, San Francisco. Hope you slept well. We woke up covered in goop from painting the roses red Sunday afternoon...but we're getting ahead of ourselves. Here's All Shook Down's weekend recap right side up, er, down. Oh, who can tell at this hour?

Anyway, on Friday, Catherine McCulloch partied at Youngbloodz - a newbie club night at Milk Bar. 'Twas hipster central and Catherine left with mixed feelings, a bad taste in her mouth and lots of photos. All that here.

Also on Friday: Eddie Paik headed over to Lower Haters for an amazingly cool gallery opening. The "Vinyl Apocalypse" had records melted into squidlike creatures, platters painted with pink Death Stars and so much more. Full slideshow over here.

On Saturday, Eddie (ever the trooper) headed to the Embarcadero to photograph the SF segment of the World Naked Bike Ride. It was a sausage fest as usual, and many a cock was painted in bright stripes for the occasion. Read Eddie's notes here, and click here for more nudie photos than you can handle. P.S. Everyone's favorite naked yogi is present.

Also on Saturday: Crystal Akins drove to Mountain View for Live105’s BFD. Recap with some amazing photos (like this one of Steve Aoki) by Tim Wagner, who Crystal ran into at the shindig, to follow. is over here.

Saturday evening, Jennifer Maerz joined the rest of the women world in dressing cute and watching that popular Sex in the City flick. Sounds like the Sundance Kabuki was the optimal place to see it and have your cosmo at the same time - though Jen drew the line there.

On Sunday, Ariel Soto descended upon the Haight for the 31st annual Haight Ashbury Street Fair. And there, she encountered reptiles, tie dye and a new kind of pipe (pictured) that is supposedly metal detector-proof. Read all about that here and see the rest of Ariel's lovely snaps over here.

And last but far from least, Mike and Jenny Cash joined the Queen of Hearts and her mad crew down at Stern Grove. Such whimsical photos! Croquet was played, tea was poured, roses were painted - and from what we could tell, nobody lost their head. --Janine Kahn
