The Mission Creek Music Fest has massively scaled back its scope for its 12th year. Back in April, Mission Creek's Jeff Ray announced that the event would be locally focused, and it appears it will only be three days long this time, running from July 17-20. Altough there's still few details about who all's gonna play, the Hemlock will be hosting L.A.'s Devon Williams (who our writer John Garmon just loves), Peter Walker, and an Asthmatic Kitty showcase ... so perhaps Mission Creek isn't so locally-confined after all? -- Jennifer Maerz
