The Lowbrow Art Sale -- Michael Hussar, Will Murai & Brian Morris

Michael Hussar "Still Life With A Smile"
stilllife_hussar.jpg
This is a new print from Micheal Hussar, just released this week. Like the "Hans Memling" print this new one is limited to an edition of 88, signed, numbered and with a certificate of authenticity. The quality of Michael’s prints and the presentation is amazing. You get the print presented in a way I have not seen from anyone else. I think if you order this one today shipping is free in the US.

Will Murai "Cyber Feeling"

The last Will Murai print that I featured was a great "pinup" looking piece. This one is a little creepier, but I like that it shows how versatile the artist is. The colors are amazing and if you look really close the bones kind of look they are made out of some futuristic material. I can't figure out what I like the most from this artists gallery. I guess it depends on what mood your in.

Brian Morris "I Want Your Skull Issue #4"

Ok, so I'm bending the rules on this one. It's a print but it happens to be included in the newest issue of "I Want Your Skull". A zine dedicated to art that contains skulls. The zine comes with this amazing 3-color serigraph from Brian Morris aka ooo000ooo, a sticker designed by Justin Kamerer and the zine is filled with 35 pages of art and interviews. All of this comes to you in a hand printed envelope. It's worth it alone for the Brian Morris print. This looks to be the best issue so far, I don't imagine this one will last long.

Paul Gerrard "War and Peace"

My favorite medium would have to be painting, even though I still enjoy digital work it isn't often that you see digital art like this. Paul Gerrard is truly an amazing artist in the digital realm. He doesn't try to make it look as though he was painting with oil, he just creates digital scenes that you imagine being the cover for the next Front Line Assembly album. Any of one his works can be made into a print. Just ask him.

Go Media "Free Poster"

Thats right a free poster, well you have to pay shipping so we all know that it's not "really" free. But for only $6 you can't beat that. Go media is a design site that specializes in vector art. This is the second free print that they have released and it looks as though you can still get the old one. They say it will take 2-4 weeks to get your print, but who knows it's free after all.
