For All You Jug Band Film Lovers in SF: All 2 of you

Categories: Music

Why does SF have such an fixation with putting its mouth on things big and round and then blowing? From Jerry Garcia's folk band days to the modern porn days -- we just love getting oral near a jug. Aaaanyways. The SF Weekly has some tix to 'Chasin' Gus' Ghost' and the affiliated concert, The Chasin' Gus' Ghost Jug Band Extravaganza, taking place during the San Francisco Jug Band Festival in late August. The film features interviews with John Sebastian (the Lovin' Spoonful), Bob Weir (the Grateful Dead), Geoff Muldaur, Jim Kweskin, and features the voice of Taj Majal. Many of the featured musicians will perform live in concert. So if you want tix, read on a comment with your name. We'll pick one and get at ya. -d2
