Anchor & Hope is known for its raw shellfish and its fish 'n' chips, its unfussy but creative rethinking of the seafood house.
This Sunday, as just one of the 40 restaurants on parade at
SF Weekly's annual dining event, chef Eric Markoff will be preparing a ceviche of rock shrimp, squid, mussels, and cod mixed with lime and Thai chile spice, then setting the ceviche on a dollop of avocado mousse.
The
final lineup at SF Weekly's dining event includes La Mar Cebicheria, Hard Knox Cafe, Bund Shanghai, and Knead Patisserie, not to mention plenty of wine, beer, and spirits. And as an SFoodie reader, you get $10 off the ticket price just by
typing "sfoodie" in the space for the discount code.
