This could be you
It's kind of like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, except you get to see Sir Paul McCartney instead of inheriting a bunch of oompa loompas.

The 10-pound Guittard chocolate bars are hidden somewhere in the city, and Outside Lands' mascot, Ranger Dave, has the clues of where to find them. If you're up for the adventure, follow #chocolands for hints to where they're stashed. Someone who tracks down the large bars will win a set of VIP tickets.

Hah, the first one is "between Lombard and Chestnut"...right smack dab in the middle of the Marina District. Called it! Hipsters are so predictable.

I just found a 10-pound something on the ground in an alley in SOMA. Damn, if that that chocolate bar didn't taste like shit. So where do I claim my VIP tickets?

I only see one clue under that hashtag on Twitter (same as the one above), but another twitterer mentioned that there are two clues.

A nickel says they're all at shops on 16th street and Guerrero or in the Marina. =P
