Hooker's Sweet Treats Seduces With Caramel Ménage À Trois
With Hooker's Sweet Treats, David "Hooker" Williams has built a wholesale business and a Tenderloin cafe off the sexiness of his sea salted caramels. He keeps the saucy theme going with his Ménage à Trois collection, which includes a Brothers Not Lovers caramel (sea salted chocolate espresso caramel covered in dark chocolate and topped with pistachios), 3rd Nut caramel (almonds, cashews, and pecans in caramel on a smoked and sea salted dark chocolate base), and the Original Hooker (dark chocolate enrobed caramel sprinkled with smoked sea salt).

Much like a typical threesome, Hooker gives you more than you can handle at once, with square caramels that may take you three bites to devour. Mouthfeel is a creepy descriptor employed by culinary types, but this even has good (forgive us) tonguefeel with luscious textures that take a minute to melt.
