The rundown: Not content to rest on their achievements of 2011 (which included props and screen time from Anthony Bourdain), in 2012 Rice Paper Scissors (Katie Kwan and Valerie Luu) pushed the pop-up envelope not only with their regular appearances at Mojo Bicycle Cafe, but with elaborate themed meals at various locations. They've decided not to rest on New Year's Day but to bring a Vietnamese brunch to an unlikely Mission haunt.
