Slow Food Reaches Out With Happy Hours
The rundown: Slow Food San Francisco has hit upon a pretty ingenious method for reaching out into the community in hopes of attracting volunteers. Each month, the Slow Sip travels to a new and exciting watering hole for a Happy Hour. Tonight's installment takes up at Jamber Wine Pub, a new addition to SoMa's Folsom Street.

This is an opportunity to see what the organization is up to (and sign on if you so desire) and mingle with fellow folks who care about quality food -- or who just want to check out what's being billed as San Francisco's "first wine pub."
