Post-Weekend Detox: Cafe Cole's Stellar Smoothie Selection
Cafe Cole, located just off Haight Street, has a charming exterior with open doors that urge the sidewalk wanderer forward into a cozy place full of magical smoothies. With titles such as Gypsy Queen, Periwinkle, and Beyond Prozak, it's no surprise that this cafe finds its home in San Francisco, more specifically in the Haight.

Seeing as I was craving some mid-morning fruit, I opted for the Radiance smoothie, a blend of bananas, orange juice, and mango. It had just the right amount of sweetness and wasn't overpowered by one particular flavor. I was tempted by After Glow's mixture of peaches, banana, coconut, and pineapple or even Tropicana's slightly simpler mix of strawberries, bananas, pineapples, and coconut, but I suppose those must be saved for next time (which I am thinking will be very, very soon).
