Little Nib Offers a Taste of Recchiuti Projects
After almost a year of pop-up events and sporadic hours, Recchiuti's second confection shop Little Nib has settled into a full-time schedule (Tue-Sat 12-7 p.m., Sun 12-5 p.m.). You'll still have to hit up the original location inside the Ferry Building to purchase bon bons and other offerings by the piece/pound, as this annex concentrates mostly on boxed collections. But this Dogpatch spot could be a far more convenient stop for confection-seeking drivers who don't want to deal with the hassle of the Ferry Building.

However, Little Nib is soon likely to have some exclusive products. Recchiuti's neighboring sweet and savory cafe, Chocolate Lab, currently awaits the completion of custom tabletops and walls and is now expected to open in mid-October. Once that debuts, Jacky Recchiuti tells us that in addition to items like s'mores bites and brownies that are sold at the Ferry Building, Little Nib will carry select baked goods from Chocolate Lab. They'll likely start with bagged or boxed cookies and progress to packaged forms of plated desserts that will be served at Chocolate Lab.
