The event showcases the palette of services that Opportunity Fund offers to such companies in the food realm and beyond, from matching savings accounts to help securing real estate. Case in point: One of Opportunity Fund's most promising beneficiaries is Onigilly, a vendor specializing in Japanese rice balls which recently grew from a cart to a full-fledged brick and mortar eatery thanks in part to a $10,000 loan.
