Mission Rock Resort Debuts Today
The former Kelly's Mission Rock, an event space that played host to many a late-night party, is now home to Mission Rock Resort, opening today.

We have serious flashbacks of the vestiges of past disco daze spent here, but the space looks fresh and new as a seafood-centric bar and grill (don't worry, there's turf, too) from the team behind MoMo's, Pedro's Cantina, and Pete's Tavern.

It's open for brunch (including a benedict bar) and dinner, and Inside Scoop reports that there are 345 seats in the two-level restaurant, including a 23-seat oyster bar and 110 seats outside. From what we could tell on our walk-through, pretty much any seat in the house offers a charming industrial view of the San Francisco Bay.
