Cost: Free to attend Off The Cove; $19-107 for game package
Rundown: Street food tailgate! Take in 14 food truck vendors from Off The Grid (including Sam's Chowder Mobile, An The Go, and Pacific Puffs) and an outdoor beer garden before the Giants face off against the Houston Astros at 7:15 p.m. Special Off The Cove seating packages (with proceeds going to minority food incubator La Cocina) are an option if you want to stay for the game.
After setting up shop last summer on the racetrack at Golden Gate Fields, this is the latest in a series of special sporting events for Off The Grid. Off The Cove II is already scheduled for September 23, when the Giants will play against the San Diego Padres.
