The cool twist with this company is that they'll create a custom collection of whatever you like (within reason, we assume). Submit a logo or photo via the website, and you'll be able to eat your cookie design within a few weeks.
Parker's cookie people don't feature a super wide range of facial expressions, but they can nail little identifying features like glasses or curly hair. The products are a little bit on the dry side and taste like a slightly healthier version of Animal Crackers. But we're still having fun thinking about who we would like to immortalize in cookie form.
