The Inspired Vegan Cookbook Release Party with Eats by Soul Cocina

The rundown: Bryant Terry, author of the hit cookbook, Vegan Soul Food, is back again with a second, The Inspired Vegan. The book is a collage of food, storytelling, music, and art, in which Terry shares his favorite cooking techniques and simple recipes. The book promises, "ingredients that inspire, unique recipes, and menus for everyday feasts." Delicious.
To celebrate, Terry is throwing a party, and we're all invited. There will be eats from Roger Feely and Soul Cocina food truck with recipes from The Inspired Vegan and drinks from sweet alcoholic nectar from Slo Down Wines. If you're in the mood to shake it after you've eaten everything, there will be music by the Marcus Shelby Trio, Renee Wilson, and D.J.'s Max Champ & Ellen Choy.
