Jessica Boncutter's 2011 Find: Terminal 2 at SFO

We spoke to Jessica Boncutter from the delightful Bar Jules. My friend, the excellent chef Josh Perez, introduced me to Boncutter's cooking via Bar Jules in 2009, and her skills with a vegetable still mystify me. Work it, girl. Here's what she had to say about his 2011 finds:

"I think my favorite food discovery this year was Terminal 2 at SFO. At what other airport can you buy Cowgirl Creamery cheese, kale chips, non-petroleum bottled water, and fresh-squeezed juices like carrot and beet?" Good question!

She goes on to tell us what her absolute favorite picks at T2 are.

She says, "Carrot and beet juice with a shot of wheatgrass at the Plant Cafe. Wakaba has decent ramen (there is one in the International terminal as well), Napa Farms Market has Cowgirl Creamery cheese, Rustic Bakery crackers, kale chips, non-petroleum bottled water, TCHO chocolate and organic fruit to take on the plane. Tyler Florence is behind the Napa Farms Market, and has really good salads. There is even a Kiehls to pick up some lip balm or hand cream."
