The City Council will look at the new plan December 6.

Chef Shuffle: Inside Scoop reveals that Christopher Wong will leave Luella and reappear at Social Kitchen & Brewery. The restaurant will keep on its current food and beer pairing course, with Wong bringing new flavors of American, Asian, and Mexican cuisine to the menu.
