The rundown: City Arts & Lectures will be hosting Gabrielle Hamilton, chef at New York City's Prune Restaurant and author of the highly entertaining memoir, Blood, Bones and Butter, in conversation with New York Times Atlanta bureau chief Kim Severson. Two opinionated ladies, hashing it out. What i'd like to know is: Hamilton has worked in restaurants for about 50 years but looks like she's 21, what's her skin care regime?? You'll find out the answer to all that* and more at what should be a very interesting evening!
