A balanced and lightly sweet twist on the classic gimlet (gin, lime, sugar), the bright emerald green color seems almost nostalgic for the previous tenant-- a jewelry store. Floral from the cucumber and basil without being grassy or overly cloying, it's the kind of cocktail that makes us wish we could do this with all our vegetables. Rutabaga gimlet? Probably not.
As an added bonus, the drink is only $6 during happy hour, from 4 to 6 p.m. every day.
