Dish Preview: Good Foods Catering's BLT Sliders

Good Foods Catering, the soul-food brain- (or stomach-?) child of Dontaye Ball, has a name that's an understatement, at least according to its many fans.

"My one and only complaint is that they're not appropriately named," writes Yelp reviewer Robyn H. of San Jose. "It should be like 'Best Thing You'll Ever Eat Catering'."

Ball's slow-cooked, specialty smoked meats -- pork belly sandwiches, bacon, and bitchin' barbecue -- have earned his catering company praise for its pig.

Ball only had simple words to describe his dish: "It's a three-to-four-bite deal," he said. "Organic pork belly, smoked tomato jam, spicy mayo, micro organic field greens, pickled onions. That's the love."
