Naughty Eskimo, a Liquid Nitrogen-Assisted Tippler at Commonwealth

Commonwealth always has one special drink on the menu that's frozen with the use of liquid nitrogen. The latest offering has the best name ever: Naughty Eskimo. Fino sherry and grapefruit juice are infused with hints of tarragon and litsea (evergreen shrub) for a graceful balance of earth and citrus. Best enjoyed with a spoon, the liquid nitrogen produces incredibly small ice crystals that would never even dream of giving you brainfreeze.
