Le Basilic, a Vibrant Cocktail at Cafe Bastille

Cafe Bastille, nestled in the outdoor-focused restaurant row on Belden Place, is a great spot to grab what might be our fleeting rays of summer during actual summertime. Our summer spirits were lifted this week by the restaurant's Le Basilic, a blend of Citadelle gin, sugar, lime juice, and basil leaves that renders the drink a vibrant green. If you don't feel like too much of a tourist over there, you can probably persuade yourself you are on holiday after a few sips.
