Bar Agricole took home the honors for Outstanding Restaurant Design at Monday night's James Beard Foundation Awards in New York, which makes this a fine time to toast the splendor of the SOMA spot. The tequila cocktail is so good it doesn't need a name other than Tequila Cocktail ($10), a tiny but potent offering of Herencia Mexicana blanco tequila, Dolin sweet vermouth, and stone-fruit bitters with orange peel. It's never too early to catch a whiff of summer, and never too late to toast success.
