Clairesquares Offers a Taste of Ireland

The rundown: Irish expatriate Claire Keane, proprietor of sinful shortbread company Clairesquares, will reveal family recipes for savory and sweet carbs. Students will sip Irish coffees and learn recipes and techniques for Irish soda bread, scones, shortbread, and brandy butter. Mighty sugar fiends that we are, a Clairesquares shortbread is particularly decadent, layered as it is with caramel and dark or milk chocolate. So don't expect anything dainty in this course.
