Volcano, a Flamer at Cocktail Bar of the Year Smuggler's Cove

​We have found much to love about pyrotechnic drinks around town, but the showstopper of 'em all is poured and set aflame at Smuggler's Cove, recently named "Cocktail Bar of the Year" at the 2011 Nightclub and Bar Awards. The icy sweet Top Notch Volcano (pineapple, lime, passion fruit, Maraschino liqueur, and private reserve rum) is intended for four to share, but we think even a couple more people could start on the path of getting plastered with a few sips. While particularly festive for birthdays, celebrating life is enough reason to indulge in a bowl.
