​Owner Robyn Sue Goldman is reportedly scheduled to fire up the Kelvin machines Mar. 21, according to Eater (possible soft-launching opportunities TBD). In the meantime, the under-construction site has the same kind of appeal as one of those parking strips near the airport where you can watch planes land and take off.

Now if only you had some ice cream to lick while spectating...
