the Vin Club, and
Luella's Ben de Vries are opening a take-out window at Zucconi's restaurant called
Eat Me at the Vin Club (515 Broadway, 314-5337,
eatmelunch.com). They're shooting for Mar. 9. The pitch: creative pressed sandwiches and salads.

Bliss Bakery, a gluten-free bakery and cafe based in Santa Rosa, has secured a space at 1414 Castro in Noe Valley, after an Ashbury Heights location fell through. Owner Maria Balme hopes to open in early summer.
