Ten percent of JapaCurry's proceeds this week are slated for the Japanese Red Cross.
Ebisu and Hotei aren't the only S.F. eateries ponying up 10 percent of the week's proceeds for Japanese quake relief. JapaCurry owner Jay Hamada is donating 10 percent of sales this week to the Japanese Red Cross for earthquake and tsunami relief efforts. Today, the JapaCurry truck was draped with Japan's flag and a sign reading "Pray for Japan," near a dropbox urging additional donations. The truck plans to park tomorrow for lunch Downtown at Pine and Sansome. Find out the latest at @JapaCurry.
