The rundown: We're not saying that SF Weekly's first-ever event devoted to the trifecta of inebriating beverages will necessarily end up a sweaty, staggering party. Let's just say that the fine distinction you'll make at 7:30 between the Double IPA from 21st Amendment and the one from Magnolia might just vanish by 8:30. No matter. There'll be a cocktail competition to take your mind off what you've forgotton: Four top USBG bartenders (TBA) vying to concoct the cocktail of the night. Yours truly will even be one of the judges. Now, what was that about making fine distinctions?
