The past 72 hours in gossip, innuendo, and cold hard facts about the San Francisco restaurant scene.

Inside Scoop has been closely following the closure of Enrico's last month. One puzzling detail: Naked Lunch, the sandwich shop located in the Enrico's takeout area, stayed open. Now comes the eureka: Naked Lunch owners Ian Begg and Ryan Maxey have been angling at moving into the main room. Their Basque restaurant, Txoko (504 Broadway), may open as soon as April. Naked Lunch will remain open during and after the remodeling. The pitch: pintxos, small plates, dishes from a wood-fired oven.

Just a reminder, SFoodie broke word that the China Basin Specialty's has closed, which means no more Weekly writers walking through the office sucking the melted chocolate off their fingers.
