The rundown: If you've never used the Internet or eaten a snack, maybe you haven't heard of the mobile food zeitgeist. Luckily, Thursday night is your chance to catch up with the rest of the universe, at a lively panel discussion on food cart entrepreneurs in the city. The panel includes hot dog baron Larry Bain of Let's Be Frank, former supervisor and mayoral candidate Bevan Dufty, and Veronica Salazar and Margarita Rojas of La Cocina. All the panelists have been on the front lines of the emergent food cart movement, leaving no shortage of hot topics. At some point they will ask for questions from the floor; feel free to stir things up by mentioning Alison Rowe.
