Stag Dining Group Teams Up with The Cocktail Lab for Jan. Dinners

When: Sat., Jan. 29, at 7 p.m.; and Sun., Jan. 30, at 5 p.m.
Cost: $80 for five courses, each accompanied with a drink pairing from The Cocktail Lab
The rundown: It's back ― the underground pop-up series chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury launched last month with a bunch of front-of-house guys. This time SDG collides with the collective genius of The Cocktail Lab, at a private location in the Mission. Expect fine-dining chops, some foraged ingredients, and libations from some of the rawest bar talent in the city.
Menu highlights: Giant clam crudo; lobster chawanmushi; venison carpaccio with smoked chestnut and shaved foie gras; pressed duck confit with butternut squash espuma; chocolate cremeux. Full menu and other details here.
