The rundown: Chef Eric Tucker will conduct a tour of the Ferry Plaza farmers' market on Sat., Jan. 22, at 10 a.m. to pick up some of the ingredients for next morning's winter mushroom class, though some mushrooms he plans to forage locally. When the instruction ends, the eating begins: The class will sit down to enjoy the vegan meal that results, family style. Act fast if interested; an identical class held this weekend is already sold out.
