Omnivore Launches Cookbook Club for Autograph Lovers
Just in time for the more generous gift-givers out there (whether to oneself or others), Omnivore Books has launched a new signed cookbook mail order club ($120 per year), tapping into the pool of culinary luminaries passing through the shop for appearances. Books will ship on the 15th of December, March, June, and September. The membership form includes a section to indicate personal preferences that will help proprietor Celia Sack choose the best titles to send. So if the cookbook lover in your life is meat-phobic, no bloody butchering books will drop on her doorstep, or if they'd prefer getting baking or food history books, that can be noted as well.
