Grub Street chats up Russell Moore of Camino and learns he's hired the restaurant's first full-time pastry chef: Rikki Garcia, who's worked at Village Pub and Brick. She may attempt a few open-hearth desserts, which SFoodie assumes will not be blackened-bottom cupcakes and charry pie.
