Lawyers Howard Rubinstein and Hal Hewell, whose clients unsuccessfully went after Froot Loops and Crunchberries for not containing any fruit (froot?), are now after Snapple. What's the tea peddlers' alleged crime (besides inflicting us with Wendy, the Snapple Lady)?
