Lawyers Who Went After Froot Loops Now Targeting Snapple for Health Claims

​Lawyers Howard Rubinstein and Hal Hewell, whose clients unsuccessfully went after Froot Loops and Crunchberries for not containing any fruit (froot?), are now after Snapple. What's the tea peddlers' alleged crime (besides inflicting us with Wendy, the Snapple Lady)? A Nov. 12 suit claims Snapple's Acai Mixed Berry Red Tea Immunity tricked consumers by claiming that the product bolstered customers' immune systems. Our sister blog, The Snitch, has the whole scoop.
