Spencer on the Go Dishes to Oprah
Chez Spencer's food truck Spencer on the Go will be appearing on The Oprah Show on Nov. 24. No word on whether chef/owner Laurent Katgely will be dishing escargot or relationship advice, but we're betting on the former.
