Joan Nathan Talks About Jewish Cooking in France
Next Tuesday, Nathan will hold court at a Hayes Street Grill luncheon, which is sponsored by the JCC. She will talk about her journeys into kitchens in Paris, Alsace, and the Loire Valley, where she explored the ways that Sephardic Jewish immigrants, mainly from North Africa, have introduced new flavors into French cuisine.
