​We first brought you the news that Andrew Zimmern was returning to San Francisco to film more footage with Incanto chef/Food Network star Chris Cosentino for an upcoming episode of Zimmern's Travel Channel series Bizarre Foods. Now, we have more specifics, thanks to a tweet from mobile food specialist Hugh Schick of Le Truc.

"Frickin Andrew Zimmern and Chris Cosentino prepare tongue, brains, and chitlins this coming Saturday 11 a.m to 3 p.m. at McCoppin Off the Grid."
